EBITART
Chapter III — Capital · Read the thesis

The word that runs capitalism, made into an object.

The case for EBITART is structural, not aesthetic. Four arguments. Six numbers. One closed system.

Internal figures, OakMan Studio, Q4 2024. Resale floor estimated from tracked private resales; not a public market.

01

The brand equity is already paid for.

EBITDA is the most repeated word in every boardroom on earth. EBITART prints that word in 24k gold on lacquered panel. The market built the name. We made it an object.

02

Scarcity is enforced, not implied.

Editions are small and final. No reprint. No NFT shadow. Once a work leaves the studio, the inventory shrinks for good.

03

Distribution mirrors private equity.

Works are placed, not sold. Buyers are introduced. Prices are individual. Resale is declared, and the studio holds first refusal.

04

Nightlife is the source material.

Every primary image is shot in real rooms — clubs, after-hours, private dinners. The provenance is the night itself. It cannot be re-pulled from a stock library.
